There are winter storms across the nation and some are hitting Southern states, Texas and areas not used to brutal weather. There are thousands of animals living outside whose lives could be endangered. Please let neighbors know to bring their pets inside. This unusual weather could be fatal and sadly many people assume that their dog’s “house” is just fine without realizing their pet is not ok (especially short haired breeds) outside in freezing cold weather. Please keep an eye open and report animals without proper shelter to Animal Control.
