Canine Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome (CDS)

Sophie
Dog Brain Booster helped Sophie's "Doggie Dementia"

Canine Cognitive Dysfunction or CDS was once called "Old Dog Syndrome" and is similar to the human disease Alzheimer’s. Nearly half of the dogs over the age of 10 will show signs of one or more symptoms and the disease will continue to progress as they age. It is important to support your pet as they go through the aging process. Holistic care can be helpful in supporting and improving brain functions in all pets, especially senior pets. Three products that can really help are Amazing Omegas, Purrfect Pet CoQ10, and Dog Brain Booster.  Dog Brain Booster is a unique formula that provides nutritional support to the brain.  This product is safe for even tiny dogs as small as 3 lbs.

Early Stages of Canine Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome
  • Reduced activity
  •  Changes in sleep patterns
  •  Reduced responsiveness/apparent deafness
  •  Change in behavior
  •  Excessive panting

Late Stages of Canine Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome
  •  Persistent early stages
  •  Confusion/disorientation
  •  Inability to recognize familiar people
  •  Increased thirst
  •  Loss of bladder or bowel control
  •  Standing in corners or facing walls
  •  Wandering aimlessly

Sophie's Story

"Sophie, our sweet boxer, is now 14 years old. Boxers generally only live 8 - 10 years. Thanks to Ask Ariel's diet and supplement program, Sophie is going strong physically and mentally. As many senior dogs do, Sophie started to act confused and was barking for no reason. It seemed like she had dementia which affects some senior dogs. She appeared to not even know that she was barking. She would get anxious, confused and stressed. Our veterinarian diagnosed her with Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome (CDS). We tried the Dog Brain Booster for healthy brain function and we got our Sophie back within just a few days. She is once again playing with our other boxer and the barking has stopped. We would not have our Sophie with us today if is wasn't for Ask Ariel's diet and supplements."
