A Dolphin Tale is based on the true story of a dolphin that washes up on a beach entangled in a crab trap and the relationship she develops with a young lonely boy and the fabulous rescuers at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Also it brings to the forefront the hardships faced by many of our veterans who lose limbs defending our country. Winter's spirit and the dedication of those who help her is inspiring.
